In the process of packaging with a stretch film, there is a phenomenon in which the customer shows a horizontal pull, which is why this situation is formed.

In fact, the phenomenon of rupture of the stretched film is not rare, especially for stretched films with relatively low thickness, and the transverse rupture of the film is the most common. The reasons for this situation are as follows:
Various inconspicuous transverse rupture elements are further expanded (longitudinal thickness is not determined, etc.), causing excessive strain in some areas;
Various volatiles mobilized on the top of the oven and on the duct fall onto the film.
There are obvious horizontal stripes and bubbles on the cast piece; the chain clamp is damaged during the production process;
The crystallization and orientation of the slab are too large; the slab has obvious lateral stripes and bubbles;
The filter is damaged, the content of impurities in the cast piece is high, and the extrusion and longitudinal stretching temperatures are not set properly;
The material contains impurities with different functions (such as low molecular weight oil, etc.);
Head leakage, crucible crushing; extrusion, longitudinal stretching temperature setting is not appropriate.
