During the application of PE stretch film, sometimes the static electricity is present. In fact, the static phenomenon is not serious, and it is also very risky to say that it is sometimes dangerous. 1) Static electricity generated at the time of production
Due to the conflict between the pellets, the melt and the die collide, and the film rolls up and collides with the guide rolls, causing static electricity to occur at the time of shipment. Therefore, the antistatic agent should be added to the PE stretch film during the production process to eliminate this part of the static electricity. It should be said that this effect is still very good. Antistatic agents are surfactants in which a molecule contains a polar hydrophilic group and a non-polar lipophilic group. The lipophilic group has a certain compatibility with the plastic. The hydrophilic group can ionize or adsorb the moisture in the air, and forms a thin conductive layer on the outside to leak the charge and then reach the intention of eliminating static electricity.


2) Static electricity generated during printing, compounding, slitting, and bag making

Static electricity is generated due to the conflict between the PE stretch film and the guide roller, the collision of the high-speed film and the dry air. This part of the static electricity has a great impact on the production, and if it can not be effectively eliminated, it will have a great impact on the post-processing process. In general, it is useful to use a superconducting electrostatic brush (touch-type elimination). It is a touch film method, and the static electricity generated is derived from the brush ground with a low resistance (1m wide resistance less than 1). Handle this problem. It is also possible to use an ion generator method to blow the generated ions onto the film in a wind-like manner (non-touch type). However, in practice, the ionic gas will eliminate the static electricity it carries together, and it will work together with a part of the air ions to enter the winding.

3) Static electricity generated on the active packaging machine
The conflict between the product film and the device guide roller, and the PE stretch film itself are not completely eliminated by static electricity. The content that forms the difficulty of active packaging and the demand is sensitive to static electricity, and the above method can also be adopted to eliminate static electricity. A useful method is also eliminated by using a superconducting electrostatic brush.
